As the Néo-Eco website uses WIX technologies and hosting, we comply with their rules of use and follow the same user conditions and the same personal data protection policy.

What types of information do we collect?

Unidentified information that does not allow identification, concerning a Visitor, or a User who has not identified himself, which may be made available to us or collected automatically as a result of his use of the Services (“Impersonal Information”). These. Impersonal Information does not allow us to identify the Visitor or User from whom it was collected. The Impersonal Information we collect is primarily technical in nature and usage aggregations, such as browsing activity and clickstream on the Services, session statistics and scrolling, as well as information that does not allow any identification relating to the device, operating systems, browsers, screen resolutions, language and keyboard settings, ISPs, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp data, etc. used by the Visitor or the User.


Individually identifiable information means information that identifies an individual or is capable, by reasonable means, of identifying an individual, or that may be private or sensitive in nature (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information that we collect is mainly relational (e.g. email address or telephone number), accounting (name, billing address, payment method and transaction details), relating to a consultation or use session. (IP address, geolocation and/or unique device identifier), concerning linked third-party accounts (such as the email or username relating to a PayPal, Google or Facebook account), scanned identification documents we having been provided (such as identity cards, driving licenses, passports or official company registration documents), correspondence (including those made through, or sent to, our Services) and any other Information Personal information provided to us by Visitors and/or Users accessing and/or using the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, any Impersonal Information relating to or linked to Personal Information (for example, in order to improve the Services we offer) is considered, and treated by us, as Personal Information, as long as such relationship or link exists .


How do we collect this information?

We collect information from your use of the Services. In other words, when you visit or use our Services, including when you visit the Website or any User Website, sign up for a User Account, modify your User Website , upload information and content there, and/or when you download and use any Wix Apps and/or Mobile Apps, we are aware that this may result in the assembly, collection and recording of these uses , sessions and related information, both independently and using third party services as detailed in Chapter 8 below, including through the use of cookies and other tracking technologies, as detailed in Chapter 9 below.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we collect Personal Information that you provide to us when you register for our Services; when you connect to our Services through third-party services like Facebook or Google; when you make purchases and/or register domain names; when you submit or transmit such Personal Information in connection with your use of any of our Services; and/or when you contact us directly.

We collect this Information, Impersonal and Personal, for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To develop, personalize and improve our Services, based on the common and personal preferences, experiences and difficulties of Visitors and Users;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To have the ability to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized notifications relating to the services and with promotional messages.
To create aggregate statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferential Impersonal Information, which we, or our business partners, may use to provide and improve our respective services;
