Operation 


Realization of a mixed, predominantly residential program with 162,000m² of floor space, the future Gagarine-Truillot agro-city includes the deconstruction of the Gagarine city. The city is an emblematic 13-story building in Ivry.

Missions 


Implement a circular economy approach to support the deconstruction of the Gagarin city.

  • Identification and inventory of materials that can be recovered through recovery, reuse and recycling;

  • Partnership for the reuse component with Backacia and Réavie;

  • Support in awarding cleaning and deconstruction contracts;

  • Management of the recovery of structural materials: concrete into concrete aggregates and concrete/brick mixture into material for VRD and marketing of materials.

Currently in progress
Cleaning and deconstruction phase.

2019-2021

12,000m3 of materials:

• 3500 m3 recycled into aggregates for concrete;

• 2100m3 of reused concrete/brick mixture;

• 6000m3 reused as embankments.

• 2242 reused doors

• 12 mailbox blocks

• 1525 radiator units

• 300 concrete slabs
