🎓 This Tuesday, March 19, Benjamin Constant Dewavrin, Partner at Neo-Eco and sponsor of the IÉSEG Class of 2023, spoke on the Paris campus to highlight the importance of skill diversity in the circular economy, notably by discussing his own journey since attending IÉSEG.
Far from being the preserve of engineers alone, the circular economy is enriched and prospering thanks to the contribution of talent from diverse backgrounds!
And especially from business schools.
This is also the case at Neo: Benjamin was joined by our Parisian developers, Sarah and Aline, who both studied at business schools.
💪 Committing to careers with a positive impact is not only a noble path but also a powerful driver of environmental change!
📢 It's up to companies to convey these messages to the young professionals of tomorrow:
→ Inspire them to pursue careers with a positive impact
→ Introduce them to sectors that are little-known or suffer from prejudice
→ Show the rewards of working in a French SME and in contact with our local communities
→ Demonstrate that we can think outside the box with an atypical, more horizontal organizational model where everyone is empowered and free to take initiatives to serve the community!
👉 It's also worth remembering that a career isn't always linear: Benjamin's journey, from strategic positions in international groups to entrepreneurship in the circular economy with Neo-Eco, is a testament to this.
An example of enriching non-linearity and a career driven by passion and the pursuit of impact, if you ask us.
A big THANK YOU to the students for these inspiring discussions, and especially to Eleonore Gillet of ACT Paris for facilitating, as well as Laure Quédillac, Victoire Saurat-Salmon, and Catherine Bonanni for their crucial roles in organizing this event.
🤝 A reminder that the future of the circular economy and sustainability requires close collaboration across generations, disciplines, and cultures.
Together, we can build a more sustainable future.
