We are delighted to announce that BATIGERE RHÔNE-ALPES has selected Neo-Eco as the project manager for the circular economy and reuse for the renovation of the former Les Taillis nursing home in Corbas.

This project marks a new milestone in sustainable and innovative construction practices. 👇

🎯 The goal? To transform a derelict building into a modern residence, with housing units for rental (LLS) and for sale (BRS). From the very beginning of the design, the Neo-Eco teams incorporated a strong environmental ambition, driven by the project management.

🚧 The construction site has begun!

MADE IN PAST is responsible for the careful removal for reuse of still high-quality elements: doors, paper and hydroalcoholic gel dispensers, and even tiles – a first for our teams! Reuse = innovation.

♻️ As for careful cleaning, FEDD is involved, in collaboration with the RDS waste collection platform.

By the way, if you are interested, the link to the catalog of resources available for sale is available here: https://materiaux.madeinpast.fr/public-catalogs/669e05420c5c6b227717227d/materials

Now that it's launched, we will keep you informed of the progress, especially since this project has been selected as the winner of the first call for projects session. « Chantiers d’Ecominéro » 🏆, to highlight innovation in the circular economy approach, particularly with the reuse of tiles!

🙏 This project is financed by the Green Fund, the Lyon Metropolis, the Corbas Town Hall, the Banque des Territoires, and Action Logement.

Many thanks to La foncière solidaire du Grand Lyon, lessor of the 15 BRS planned alongside BATIGERE RHÔNE-ALPES.
