♻️ 95% is the recovery rate of materials from the deconstruction of the Lacroix residence in Grande Synthe.

👉 Lucas Gerardin, project manager at Neo-Eco, supported the consortium in identifying material recovery channels and developing selective deconstruction methodologies to preserve the quality of the various material sources and ensure the desired recovery.

Concrete Focus: Nearly 6,000 tons of concrete were recycled at the "La Grande Réserve" platform in Helfaut, to be used as a substitute for raw materials in two applications:

🔹A road and utility application using facade concrete

🔹A type 1 aggregate application (for new concrete) using other structural concrete

👏 Congratulations on this excellent project led by PARTENORD HABITAT, in collaboration with the project management company ETNAP BET and the deconstruction contractor Helfaut Travaux. Thanks to a motivated and rigorous team, we managed to achieve the objectives set before the project.
