After three years of managing projects remotely, it was time to take the next step by opening our first offices in Réunion Island! 🚀
🏢 To visit Marine RAZOUX, our local project manager, you'll have to go to Saint-Paul, more precisely to Plateau Caillou, at the Îlet coworking space, an ecological third-place that already houses SODEXI's offices.
The perfect space to immerse ourselves in the island's ecosystem!
Why Réunion Island?
— even though we're counting on the local team to prove that the weather is better there than in Lille —
Our mission in Réunion is threefold ⬇️
🌐 Create operational reuse and circular economy loops
♻️ Develop alternative materials by integrating used materials - particularly sediment and inert materials
🏗️ Support circular projects (deconstruction, rehabilitation, new construction, urban development)
📈 To talk numbers, our first deconstruction project completed last year in Saint-Denis:
→ 3,725 tons of concrete recovered in the recycled concrete sector: the first on an island scale!
→ 34 elements reused (shutters, doors, and windows from secondary construction)
🎯 We are ready to transform local challenges into sustainable opportunities.
None of this would be possible without our local partners:
👏 Thank you to the City of Saint-Denis, the City of Saint-Louis, CP&O - les mètres carré heureux, the Réunion Construction Economic Unit, and ADRIE, as well as to the two associations we belong to: Cluster GREEN and ÉCHOBAT Réunion.
Together, we are committed to recycling waste locally, creating jobs that cannot be outsourced, and developing local expertise.
🤝 Neo-Eco isn't just another player in the value chain; we are facilitators, supporting the implementation of new circular sectors until they are fully operational.
Our goal? A positive, sustainable, and empowering impact.
Even though Amine Kadiri, Karim Bendebba and Marine RAZOUX have been working in Reunion Island for 3 years now, it is still a new adventure that is beginning, and we can't wait to share our projects on the island with you 🌱
